Robert Halik has worked in the telecom, technology and consulting industry for over 20 years. Rob started with MCIWorldcom in 1999 before leaving in 2002 to enter the telecom consulting space focused on helping Fortune 2000 companies manage their telecommunications network operations and expenses. 

 

Rob has worked in various lead analytical and project management roles throughout his career, most recently leading Demand and Lead Generation Marketing efforts for Calero Software prior to joining ProSelect.

 

In this role, Rob drove collaboration efforts with Marketing and Sales colleagues to implement strategic campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive Sales qualified leads. The operational focus centered on ensuring campaign tactics aligned to overall campaign strategy resulting in measurable results and pipeline revenue.

Rob helped lead Lean Six Sigma Kaizen events during his Marketing tenure. The focus was on leveraging all Marketing & Sales resources in a highly organized and disciplined exercise to facilitate ongoing process improvement for this key revenue- generating area of the business.

At ProSelect, Rob collaborates with the team to drive Marketing activities and supports the management of  daily operations and projects.

Rob is a US Army Infantry Veteran who holds a Master’s in Advertising from Syracuse University and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the State University of New York College at Cortland.
